We’re a community based provider of social housing with over 760 homes for rent and shared ownership across Somerset

We’re proud to provide safe, warm and affordable homes in our community.

Everyone in this country deserves not just a roof over their head but a safe, secure and affordable place to call their own.

Social housing has a vital role to play in making sure they do.

At the end of each year, any surplus we’ve generated is invested back into providing our services, improving our current homes and building new ones.

Our Board of (voluntary) Directors is clear we’ll stick to our purpose, provide value for money and make every penny count.
