How do I report a repair?

You can report your repair in a number of ways:

  • Over the phone by calling 01278 444344 (7:30 am – 4:30 pm)
  • Text REPAIR (plus a message)
  • By email to Maintenance@shal.org
  • Complete the form below

24/7 emergency repairs

If you need to report an emergency repair that’s risking your health and safety when we’re closed you can call us on 01278 444344 (option 2). If we can’t answer straight away please leave a message and we’ll call you back.  We will MAKE SAFE only and any necessary follow up repairs will be completed in normal working hours.

Smell Gas?

To report a gas or carbon monoxide emergency, or if a pipeline is struck (even if no gas leak has occurred) call the National Gas Emergency Service 24 hours a day on 0800 111 999 (calls are recorded and may be monitored).
