24 hour emergency repairs service

If you need to report an emergency repair that’s risking your health and safety when we’re closed you can call us on 07889 537164.  You get through to a duty member of our maintenance team.  If we can’t answer straight away please leave a message and we’ll call you back.  The emergency service will MAKE SAFE only and any necessary follow up repairs will be completed in normal working hours.

An emergency is anything that is an immediate risk to anyone’s health and safety or is likely to damage the structure of the building.

Heating & Hot Water (1 October – 31 March)

If something goes wrong and you’re left without heating and hot water and you don’t have a back up immersion heater between 1 October and 31 March we will respond within 24 hours.

Smell Gas?

To report a gas or carbon monoxide emergency, or if a pipeline is struck (even if no gas leak has occurred) call the National Gas Emergency Service 24 hours a day on 0800 111 999 (calls are recorded and may be monitored).  You can read our article on the importance of gas safety in your home for more information
