Pay my rent online

Before you move into your home, we ask for one month’s rent paid in advance. You can then decide if you pay your rent weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly. You can also decide how you pay your rent.

However you pay your rent, you should always be at least one week in advance.

What to pay

Your rent is charged to your account every Monday. It is your responsibility to make sure you are paying the correct amount of rent, and you should calculate this based on how frequently you pay your rent.

For example, if your rent was £100 a week, you would pay:

  • £100.00 per week
  • £200.00 every 2 weeks
  • £400.00 every 4 weeks – this will be a different date each month
  • £433.33 every month – this will be the same date each month

How to pay

Direct debit

This is a quick and easy way to pay your rent. You can set up a direct debit to take payment on a date of your choice, and as frequently as you want. To request a form to setup a direct debit, text DD to 07984 355553 or send us a message.

Online

Allpayments is an online service you can use to pay your rent. You will need your Payment Reference Number (PRN) and this link. If you don’t know your PRN, text REF to 07984 355553.

You can also download the Allpayments app to complete your rent payments. You can use a debit card to make your payments.

Telephone

You can pay your rent by phone anytime by calling 01278 444344 and selecting option 1. You will need your Allpayments Payment Reference Number (PRN). If you don’t know your PRN, text REF to 07984 355553.

Standing order

You can set up a standing order to ask your bank to send payments directly to Shal. They can set this up to take payment on a date of your choice and as frequently as you want. To request a form to set up a standing order, send us a message.

PayPoint

We can order you a PayPoint card to use for paying your rent. You can use this anywhere you see the PayPoint sign. Payments made using PayPoint can take 3-5 days to reach your rent account.

If you lose your PayPoint card, text CARD to 07984 355553 and we will order a replacement.
