The Company is a subsidiary of SHAL Housing Limited. Based in Bridgwater, its purpose is, largely, to provide letting and housing management agency services for other landlords in Somerset, UK.

The intention is to provide:

• a high quality service for tenants, similar to that provided by Registered Social Landlords
• a reassuring management agency for landlords

We provide a quality assured service which includes all documentation, lettings, rent collection and organising day-to-day repairs, all at a reasonable fee.

We work for companies and individuals, for people with many properties, and with only one. No task is too large or too small.

We are happy to innovate, and have worked closely with developers who need to provide social housing as part of a major new development.
