Since we started asking for feedback on our repairs by text last year we’ve had just over 1000 responses in total. These responses have been both positive and negative. Just over 41% of you have responded: 95% of you were happy with your recent repair; 5% of you weren’t.
It’s great to hear positive feedback but we welcome negative feedback as it’s our opportunity to learn why you’re not happy and make improvements where we can.
