We are a community based provider of social housing with 714 homes across Somerset.

We provide safe, warm and affordable homes to a decent standard for people who are homeless or in housing need.

Everyone in this country deserves not just a roof over their head but a safe, secure and affordable place to call their own.

Social housing has a vital role to play in making sure they do.

At the end of each year, any surplus we’ve generated is invested back into providing our services, our current homes and building new homes.

Our Board of (voluntary) Directors is clear we will stick to our purpose, provide value for money and make every penny count.
