Lucky tenant wins £250

Back on 12 November we sent all our tenants the following text:

“Hi. Have you used our 24/7 text service? If you use it between now and 16/12/18 you could win £250 in One4all vouchers just in time for Christmas! You can text: BAL for your balance; DD to set up a direct debit; REF for your allpay number; RENTS (plus a message) to speak to your Housing Officer; REPAIR (plus a message) to report a repair. Your details will only be entered once and a winner picked at random. Good luck!”

Over 83% of you have now used the system, including many of you who responded to our consultation in October.  13 of you used it for the first time after we launched the competition.  The lucky winner, chosen at random, was Anna from Bridgwater.  She has replied to the “Were you happy with the recent repair” survey we send when SHAL or one of our suppliers completes a repair.

Anna said “The system is very useful and easy to use.  SHAL is easy to contact and always responds.  I keep the plastic key fob on me and I’ve saved the number in my phone.”

ASB (plus a message) to report anti-social behaviour;

BAL to get your latest balance;

CARD to order a new payment card;

DD to set up or amend a direct debit;

REF to get your allpay reference number;

RENTS (plus a message) to talk to your Housing Officer about your rent account;

REPAIR (plus a message) to report a repair
