We’re looking for a Customer Services Administrator. You will act as the first contact with customers and respond flexibly, consistently, fairly, confidentially and empathetically to customer enquiries coming to SHAL online, by text, over the phone or face to face in reception. Although the role will encompass generic working in a team of 3 Customer Services Administrators, this role will lead on work scheduling and repairs ordering for the in house team of operatives, as described in the Job Description and you will provide administrative support to the Maintenance Manager.
