Duplicate payments by direct debit

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, Direct Debit payments taken on Thursday 7th December may have been duplicated today.  Allpay (the company who manages our Direct Debits) are working with their bank to solve the problem.

They have advised those affected to speak to their bank as they are obliged to refund the amount to you under the Direct Debit Guarantee.
