Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, Direct Debit payments due to be taken today may have been duplicated. Allpay (the company who manages our Direct Debits) have applied a solution which will mean you should see the duplicated payment coming back into your account today, or Monday at the very latest.
12 tenants have been affected and we have tried to contact them all by phone today.
If you do not see the credit on your account today you need to contact your bank who are obliged to refund the amount to you under the Direct Debit Guarantee.
