How can rent be paid?

At SHAL Housing we aim to give tenants as wide a range of payment methods as possible. We hope that paying rent will be as easy as paying any other bill, and will not involve tenants in making any special journey to pay.

The following methods are available:-

1. Monthly direct debit - please contact us on 01278 444344 for a form

2. Internet Payments - 24 hours a day with allpayments.net. If you wish to pay online please CLICK HERE to be redirected to allpayments.net, our preferred internet payment facility.

3. Telephone Payments - Call 0870 243 6040

4. Payment at various outlets - pay at any Post Office or PayPoint or PAYzone outlet

5. At our Offices - During office hours you can also pay at our office at 2 King Square, Bridgwater

Please note that we can accept debit card (e.g. Switch) and credit card (e.g. VISA) payments over the internet, by telephone and at our office.

To use options 2, 3 or 4 you will need one of our plastic payment cards. If you do not have one, or have mislaid it, please pay at our office and ask for a replacement. We would normally expect to make a card available within a week.
