14 Flat development secured for letting at affordable rates

Somerset based landlord SHAL Housing yesterday exchanged contracts to purchase a complete development of 14 flats situated in Hamilton Road, Taunton.

These flats have been constructed by West of England Developments ( Taunton) Limited and work is nearly complete. Designed to the ECO-Homes “very good” standard SHAL anticipates the properties will be cheap to run. And with rents at around £75.00 a week these 2 bedroom properties are affordable.

SHAL will be letting the properties through the Homefinder Somerset system at www.homefindersomerset.co.uk and people interested in renting one of these brand new but low cost flats should keep an eye on the website from now on.
