Village Development Occupied

Bridgwater based housing association SHAL Housing has let its latest development of homes in Sedgemoor. Taking possession of 5 houses and 2 flats in Chilton Polden on Friday 28 th March, all 7 properties were occupied on the same day.

Following work led by the Parish Council some years ago this development was intended to meet the needs of local people and all of the properties have been let to existing Chilton Polden residents or people with a close connection with the village.
